They have a staff that has integrity, and a wealth of knowledge on how to professionally manage an HOA…. They are familiar with working with covenants, board members and homeowners.  Their record keeping and accounting is excellent and provide excellent tools to manage and forecast budget requirements. CMG made several recommendations to us that immediately started saving our HOA money, e.g. water sensor to prevent watering in the rain, temporarily turning utilities off during winter for irrigation system, etc.  CMG is also great at taking care of and processing any insurance claims.
